APPLICATION:
Food sector cleaning (companies, canteens, slaughterhouses, pasta factories, bakeries, dairies, laboratories and retail shops) must be performed regularly with specific products well inserted in cleaning and sanitization cycle. A strongly alkaline cleaner can often be useful, such as our Master Clean DC, which can thoroughly degrease steel, plastic, stone and glass surfaces. Master Clean DC is able to saponify and emulsify food fats, which can be easily removed even if present in large quantities. The greasy dirt remains dissolved and suspended in detergent solution, making it easy to rinse and remove from the washed surface.
