APPLICATION:
Semisoil G is a newly developed semi-synthetic lubricating cooling fluid, based on highly refined mineral oils and specific additives. Specifically designed for use in light and medium-heavy processes of metal removal and grinding on ferrous materials, it is particularly suitable for cast irons. Semisoil G produces a semi-transparent emulsion, finely dispersed and highly stable. It has a high anti-rust power and a strong resistance to bacterial contamination even in critical conditions. It is suitable for use on centralized systems as well as on single machines, with all types of filtration and with both soft and hard water. It is successfully adaptable to the most demanding processes. It can be used on Aluminium and light alloys, while use on yellow copper alloys is not recommended.
