APPLICATION:
Sintesoil T is a totally synthetic cooling lubricant with EP additives, nitrite-free and with a high anticorrosive power. The product can be used on ferrous and non-ferrous metals for processing such as grinding, turning, boring, threading, etc. Sintesoil T has an excellent cleaning power, thus avoiding the problem of “smudgy” abrasive wheels and guaranteeing an excellent cleaning of machine tools. Sintesoil T solutions are transparent and non-foaming, allowing the constant vision of the workpieces even in conditions of strong churning. Sintesoil T has a very low tendency to foaming and therefore it is particularly suitable when the cooling lubricant oil undergoes a strong churning. Sintesoil T can be used with mains water. If the hardness of the latter is particularly high (over 25 French degrees) it is advisable to increase the product dosage.
